RTL5 Character Design

I illustrated the 12 ministers of the Dutch Cabinet for Broadcast and online use for a program and website called Rutte's Rapport on RTL5. The site helps evaluate each minister and cabinet as a whole, creating an info graphic representation of their progress. Each character has 3 moods to create a rating system of Bad, Neutral, and Good to represent their individual performance in their designated area of responsibility.
